The 22,000-square-foot clubhouse is the centerpiece of this active adult community. The colonial style embodies the rich architectural heritage of the Virginia Piedmont area.
Hartman Design Group envisioned this elegant clubhouse serving as the foundation of this active adult community, creating the interior design and selecting furnishings with great care to create a rich complement to the exterior. The design was strongly influenced by Monticello and the University of Virginia buildings designed by Thomas Jefferson. Hartman Design Group thoughtfully integrated the historical architectural details into a functional active adult living space.
Our client, K. Hovnanian Homes, tells us the residents love their clubhouse. They regularly gather for many events such as parties, dinners, games, movies and crafts. Residents can stay healthy with on-site yoga classes, a fully-equipped fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. Located amidst the rolling landscape and hills of Virginia, Four Seasons is buzzing with activity.
