Bozzuto, a premier integrated real estate services organization, tapped Hartman Design Group once again to design the common and amenity spaces in the Cathedral Commons Apartments, an upscale property and mixed-use development located in the Cathedral Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
The South Building is an exclusive 15-unit building with large two story loft apartments and expansive outdoor living spaces. The HDG design team devised a sophisticated gray, blue and white palette accented by deep wood tones and natural stones to create a contemporary yet timeless, classic interior. The lobby features a communal table and a small seating area paired with a banquette. A lit, multi-faceted glass divider creates glamour while defining an intimate seating area.
Cathedral Commons has transformed the neighborhood. No longer a sleepy DC neighborhood, the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Idaho Street, NW is now upscale and urban, sophisticated and energized.
