Ever-evolving from colonial days to its current modern landscape, Vienna has retained its village ambiance. Viewing this project with a local perspective, a unique and authentic story evolved.
Hekemian is developing a mixed-use community (Retail and Residential) on the corner of Maple and Nutley in Vienna, VA. In addition to highly ranked public schools, its assets include a downtown with many small businesses. The metro is located just south of the town, and a portion of the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Regional Park hiker/biker trail cuts through the center of the city. Vienna has a rich history going back to the 18th century, which provides an opportunity to create a sense of place in the residential building
