Multi-family interior design company Hartman Design Group was thrilled to be the interior design group on this exquisite project.
The Haven Condominium, quietly nestled above the National Harbor downtown area and the Potomac river draws an affluent crowd that desires a sense of tranquility and adventure. Just steps away from more than 160 shops and over 40 dining experiences, it was essential for the HDG team to add to the level of excitement while still fostering the essence of community. Understanding the unique location of the apartments, the HDG team designed an interior space great for get-togethers, co-working and quiet hideaways.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and dual-sided glass fireplace allows for a lively connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces while the nature pallet invokes a warm and cozy atmosphere. Relaxed and sophisticated, the club room is an instrumental part of the Haven with flat-screen TVs, lounge seating and a billiards table. Unique lighting features, bold artworks, and contemporary lounge chairs invite residents to collaborate, socialize and entertain. National Harbor is a 300-acre, mixed-use development being built by The Peterson Companies that at completion will include 3,000 hotel rooms (including the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center), 2,500 residential multifamily units, 250,000 square feet of retail,250,000 square feet of Class-A office space, a marina with 3 piers and the 180′ tall Capital Wheel.
